CLASS 1: RELEARNING EMUNAH & BITACHON: THE WHAT AND THE HOW
We hear the words all the time, But what are emunah and bitachon? What is anxiety—and how can we recognize it? How can we tap into and deepen our bitachon to better cope with our anxiety and harness its power for good? This class will answer those questions and more.
CLASS 2: HEALTHY PERSPECTIVES ON HEALTH CHALLENGES
There’s nothing like physical health challenges to shake us at our core—and seriously threaten our spiritual beliefs. But by strengthening our emunah and understanding its role in our lives, we can develop habits and skills that allow us to see our health challenges, and ourselves, in a new way. This class will examine the role of emunah in dealing with challenges to physical health.
CLASS 3: HOW TO NEVER WORRY ABOUT MONEY AGAIN
Money is one of the number-one universal stressors—no matter who you are or where you live. This class will examine the root of our stress and anxiety around money and practical ways we can harness emunah to cope with and obliterate stress surrounding finances.
CLASS 4: DEEPENING OUR RELATIONSHIPS—FOR GOOD
Every relationship has its ups and downs. When our relationships take a turn for the worse, it’s easy to let our negative emotions take over. How do we use emunah and bitachon to strengthen our relationships with the most important people in our lives? Incorporating a mix of Jewish wisdom and social psychology, this class will discuss how to strengthen our relationships, let go of grudges, and transform our family dynamics for the better.
